Watching these children experience the thrill of riding their very own bikes, donated by the charity, brought DTLA waves of heartfelt emotions only a few could describe… “It’s hard to describe the feeling of watching a child with special needs ride a bike for the very first time. That day, 75 local children, most suffering from cerebral palsy, received customized bikes that enabled them to pedal with their arms.
